Just got back from POTC2
Me and my parents having a discussion about Commodore Norrington on the way home from the cinema: (spoilers, obviously)
Mum: So, I wonder how they're going to solve the love triangle. Me: Mum, they spent so long establishing the relationship in POTC1 that it's obviously going to end up with Will/Elizabeth Mum: Oh yes. Jack's going to be the noble suitor giving up the girl for the other man's happiness. Me: No mum, that was Commodore Norrington in POTC1. Mum: Of course it wasn't. Norrington only did it because he had to. He is the typical stiff pompous British Navy Officer... Dad (who was an Officer in the Navy): *Raises eyebrow*
*Flails* Someone else needs to see this film so I can squee about it properly!
